The power switch is placed on the left side of the printer and allows you to turn on and off the power supply. If your machine does not start after pressing the power switch, at first you should check if the LED on the power supply unit is on. If the diode is lit, check if the fuse is not blown. If you’ve checked these components and everything seems to be working properly, the power switch is probably broken. Follow the instructions provided in this manual to see the correct replacement procedure.

The following manual shows the M200 repair work. For the M300, M200 Plus and M300 Plus, these procedures are the same.

Unplugging the Power Cable

Turn off the machine and unplug the power cable. Wait a few minutes for all the capacitors to discharge.

Changing the Printer's Position

Grab the printer’s housing and change the printer’s position so that you can easily access the bottom plate.

Unscrewing the Bottom Plate, part 1

Unscrew the screws that secure the bottom plate on one side of the housing. Use a 2.5mm Allen key.

Turning the Printer

Turn the printer over.

Unscrewing the Bottom Plate, part 2

Unscrew the screws that secure the bottom plate on the other side of the housing. Use the same key.

Separating the Bottom Plate

Separate the bottom plate from the printer and unplug the bottom fan cable from the motherboard.

Unscrewing the Power Switch

Unscrew the two screws that secure the power switch. Use a 2mm Allen key.

Power Switch Removal

Separate the power switch from the housing, remove the insulation from the cables and unplug all the cables.

Power Switch Installation

Install the new power switch in the housing, plug all the cables in and put the insulation back on the cables.

Securing the Power Switch

Secure the power switch with the two screws using a 2mm Allen key.

Bottom Plate Installation

Plug the bottom fan cable into the motherboard and install the bottom plate.

Secure the bottom plate with the screws on one side of the housing. Use a 2.5mm Allen key.

Turn the printer over.

Grab the printer’s housing and set the printer upright.
