How to Find the Serial Number of Your Product

If you are looking for technical assistance from our specialists and you decide to submit the Support Form, you have to provide all information about your device, including the serial number. It is necessary to identify your equipment and check if it is still under warranty. This article will show you where to find the serial number of each Zortrax product.

M Series Plus

You can find the serial number on the nameplate at the back of the printer and in the printer’s menu by selecting: Settings -> About Printer.

Once you add your printer to the My Devices panel in Z-SUITE, the serial number will be displayed in the Basic information section.

M300 Dual
