Maintenance work should be regular in order to keep the device in good condition and achieve high quality results every time. Some parts require maintenance before each process and some every few hundred working hours. All maintenance activities do not take much time and are not complicated. Wear protective gloves and glasses during all procedures.

The following tables present maintenance guidelines connected with each section of the Zortrax Apoller, together with specific check points, necessary activities and their frequency.

Before any maintenance procedure, unplug the device and let it cool down. Make sure to perform maintenance at room temperature.
Every unit requires an annual inspection conducted by the Zortrax Authorized Service to keep the ATEX certification valid and ensure safe operation of the device.
