The extruder in the Inventure ensures not only material feeding, heating and extruding but also allows changing the two materials respectively in the dual material printing process. Therefore, if the extruder does not heat up or does not change the materials and you can hear a clicking sound which indicates that the material changing mechanism is blocked, the extruder needs to be replaced.

If any material is loaded into the extruder, unload it before replacing the unit.
