Zortrax Warranty/Repair Request

Zortrax products are covered with free warranty for the clients in European Union for period of 2 years for individual customers and period of 1 year for companies. This period is counted from the date of sale. Warranty is unavailable for customers outside the European Union – in case of purchase from a Reseller, conditions depend on the individual Resellers. The warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend any rights of the buyer resulting from the inconformity of goods with the contract.

What is not covered?

Warranty covers only manufacturing defects. It does not cover damages caused by:

inappropriate use
inappropriate maintenance
different filaments than Z-Filament Series dedicated for Zortrax machines
operation of printer which requires parts replacement
inappropriate storage
damages resulting from acts of God: power surge or failure (AC damage), natural disasters

Clients from European Union can use free technical service in case of latent defect. In case of inappropriate usage, maintenance, post-warranty repair or damaged machine, client can use paid technical service.

Clients from outside the European Union can use free technical service in case of receiving damaged or broken machine. In case of inappropriate usage, maintenance, post-warranty repair or damaged machine, client can use paid technical service.

In case of damage due to transportation, client can file a complaint through Support Form
